Live And Dangerous had left Lizzy in unenviable territory. With Robertson gone, Gary Moore brought them a different – but temporary – kind of flair. The quality of Waiting For An Alibi, Do Anything You Want To and the epic title track was indisputable, but Lynott appeared to inhabit a castle made of sand.
