The Darkness are rumoured to have appointed Toby MacFarlaine as their new bassist. MacFarlaine, who has played with ex-Blur guitarist Graham Coxon, replaces Richie Edwards, who is switching to lead vocals following the departure of Justin Hawkins. The new line-up is apparently considering a change of name.
