Criie confirm European date

CD &ley Crije have been confirmed to appear with the reformed Thin Lizzy albeit without bassist Phil Lynott, of course at this year's Bang Your Head Open Air festival in Germany on June 30 and July 1. No British dates have yet been announced for either act, but Motley's decision to return to Europe bodes well for potential UK shows. The quartet haven't played the UK since appearing at Castle Donington in 1991.

Meanwhile, bassist Niki Sixx has now officially launched his own label, Americoma, with the release of the debut album from hard rockers Laidlaw. Titled 'First Big Picnic', it was produced by Sixx himself. Nikki's own side project 58 (formerly known as 1958) will release their debut album, 'Diet For A New America', on Americoma in May.

Says Sixx of the label's signing policy: "All styles of music will be welcome at Americoma and worked

equally. Great music is just that great music, no matter the style
